General information

We begin at Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe side) and continue to visit a completely unconventional Namibia, surrounded by rivers and canals, completely different from the rest of the country. Chobe National Park on the Namibian side, which thanks to the river attracts an incredible number of animals, the old Caprivi area (now the Zambezi) with its green landscapes thanks to the abundance of water, and then a private concession along the Zambezi, finishing with two nights in the Khwai Private Game Reserve in Botswana.

Itinerary

Day 1: Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe)
Victoria Falls, among the most spectacular in the world, is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It lies along the Zambezi River, which marks the geographic and political border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. Overnight stay and breakfast at Batonka Guest Lodge or similar.
Day 2: Chobe National Park – Chobe River Front (Namibia)
A day dedicated to admiring the beauty of the Namibian side of Chobe National Park, in my opinion the most evocative and wildlife-rich area of the park. You'll be astonished by the abundance of animals, with a renowned high concentration of elephants, enormous herds of buffalo, and of course, many predators. Overnight stay, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and activities. Serondela Lodge or similar.
Day 3: Chobe National Park – Chobe River Front (Namibia)
A day dedicated to the excursions offered by the lodge. In the afternoon, visit a fishing village and take a boat trip along the river. Overnight stay, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and activities. Serondela Lodge or similar.
Day 4: Nkasa Rupara National Park (Namibia)
Today, you'll leave Chobe National Park and enter Namibia, passing through the capital of the Zambezi region. This area, formerly known as Caprivi, was renamed Zambezi in late 2014. You'll arrive in the early afternoon in the beautiful Nkasa Rupara National Park, where you'll be welcomed by the staff of the Nkasa Lupala Tented Lodge. Overnight stay, breakfast, and dinner. Nkasa Lupala Tented Lodge or similar.
Day 5: Nkasa Rupara National Park (Namibia)
Spend today admiring the beauty of the park, a true earthly paradise rich in animals and vegetation more reminiscent of Botswana than Namibia. Overnight stay, breakfast, and dinner at Nkasa Lupala tented lodge or similar.
Day 6: Divundu (Namibia)
The Divundu area, in the Kavango region, is renowned for its biodiversity and wildlife. The lodge where you'll spend the night offers magnificent views of the Okavango River. Dinner, bed, and breakfast. Divava Okavango Resort or similar.
Day 7: NG 12 concession (Namibia)
Today, transfer to another of the most pristine areas of the Okavango Delta. The area is home to various mammals, including elephants, buffalo, and lions, as well as a multitude of birds, making it ideal for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation. Overnight stay, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and activities. Jumbo Junction or similar.
Day 8: NG 12 concession (Namibia)
A day dedicated to exploring this wilderness area near the Zambezi River, an important concession for the conservation of wildlife and the landscape in this part of Namibia. Overnight stay, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and activities. Jumbo Junction or similar.
Day 9: Khwai Private Game Reserve (Botswana)
A day dedicated to game drives in the Khwai concession, a uniquely beautiful and largely untouched wilderness inhabited by a multitude of animals—a true paradise on earth! Overnight stay, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and activities. Okaukuejo Resort or similar.
Day 10: Khwai Private Game Reserve (Botswana)
A day of game drives within the reserve. There are no fences between the concession and the Moremi Game Reserve (the only one in the Delta), allowing the animals to roam freely through the bush and wetlands along the river. Overnight stay, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and activities. Elephant Pan Camp or similar.
Day 11: Victoria Falls Airport (Zimbabwe)
Today you will be transferred to Victoria Falls Airport in time for your return flight.

Born and raised in Milan, my passion for nature and animals has been with me since I was a child. I've held various jobs, but none of them were satisfying enough, so why not follow my passion and fly to Africa?
